The tropical climate and environment in countries like the Philippines is hard for the maintenance and durability of buildings:

• Intense year-round solar radiant heating adds a heat load on buildings far exceeding the ambient air temperature.
• Monsoon and typhoon rains are intense with pressure to penetrate any potential as well as existing leak.
• The combination of year-round heat and moisture accelerates and exacerbates the normal slow deterioration of materials, including rusting.

Thermacoat provides immediate, practical, and user-friendly benefits that address all these three threats to the external surfaces of a building, particularly its roofing:

• An insulation that is three times as effective against solar radiant heating as standard 25mm foil-foam-foil type insulation or 100mm solid styrofoam insulation.
• A waterproof seal covering the entire outside surface, so there is no need to locate leaks or remove under-roof insulation.
