TechRep requires all payments for its products and/or services to be made:

• EITHER by Online deposit by the Payor direct to the TechRep, Inc. account;
• OR by Over-the Counter deposit by the Payor in cash or by company check directly to the TechRep, Inc. account at any BPI branch;

For payments made Online and/or at a bank to the bank account of TechRep, Inc. the Payor is requested to email a digital image of the deposit receipt to TechRep at
finance@techrep.ph. TechRep, Inc. will then email a receipt to the Payor.

TechRep Inc. accepts cash payments given to an authorized TechRep, Inc. representative
provided the Payor requires the TechRep representative:

• To show a valid TechRep, Inc. ID Card.
• To issue a Provisional Receipt to the Payor with foto of the receipt emailed directly by the Payor to
  finance@techrep.ph

For deposits where the bank receiving the deposit requires a bank fee payable to the bank receiving the deposit, the fee may be deducted from the total amount payable to TechRep, Inc.,
provided that a screen shot or foto of the receipt given by the bank for the fee is emailed to TechRep at
finance@techrep.ph

TechRep, Inc. will accept payments by check provided:

• The check is an official company check.
• The check is dated not later than and provided to an authorized TechRep, Inc. representative not later than the date of delivery of the product and/or service, unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing by TechRep, Inc.
