• Requires no down payment for Purchase Orders with full payment on delivery. 

• Authorizes its marketing and delivery partners to collect payment on delivery.

• Whenever possible uses electronic communications and transaction ducuments.

• Outsources its accounting, delivery, inventory storage, and secretarial support.

To comply fully with all regulatory reguirements TechRep, Inc:

• Is registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

• Is registered with the Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

• Conducts business under a Business Permit issued by Pasig City in the Philippines.
