• Repair damage and major leaks in roof (Thermacoat will seal minor leaks).

• Wash the roof to remove all loose material, dirt, and grime.

• Apply first coat of Thermacoat with a minimum wet thickness of 8.7 mm and then let dry for at least 6+ hours. Check no rain is expected !

• Apply second coat with a minimum wet thickness of 8.7 mm and then let dry and cure for at least 12+ hours. Check no rain is expected !

• Inspect completed installation to ensure all area is covered with no gaps.
