REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

TechRep, Inc. will be pleased to respond to Requests for Proposals from businesses interested in considering use of services offered.

For a RFP for an Assessment of Demand in Canada for a specific food product exported from the Philippines to Canada, please submit a Preliminary Request for Proposal providing:

  1. Name, address, email and mobile number of Requester
  2. General food product category (example: coffee)
  3. If applicable, specific type of product (example: Arabica coffee)
  4. If applicable, status of processing (example: ground coffee)
  5. Any particular exclusions (example: gmo-grown coffee)

TechRep, Inc. will then:

  • Contact the Requester to clarify/refine the parameters of the Request to ensure focus on the Requester’s interest.
  • Prepare and submit a definitive Proposal that includes: the defined product for which an assessment of demand in Canada is requested; the estimated time-line for completion; the total cost; and terms for payment.

As an add-on to the above Assessment (at added cost to be negotiated) for Identification of potential buyer(s) in Canada for a specific export from the Philippines, the above is needed plus:

  1. Instruction by Requester of target market area (limited initially at this time to the Greater Toronto Area and/or Vancouver area)
  2. Confirmation by the Requester of: the maximum total quantity of product deliverable annually; and delivery schedule offered (monthly, quarterly, or annually)
  3. Confirmation, or otherwise, that the product can be packaged fully compliant with Canadian regulations for final delivery to end consumer
